If you have prior eye examination reports or medical records, please bring them to your appointment to assist in assessment and planning.

In-Person Visits:
A thorough assessment and diagnosis are done face-to-face to understand your individual condition before tailoring treatment. -
Personal Attention:
All consultations and treatment plans are provided by Dr. Yu-Yen Lin personally.

By Train

From Taichung Railway Station, exit from the Rear Station and take buses 300, 302, 304, 306, 307, 310, or 324.

Get off at Municipal Government (Dedicated Lane) stop, then walk about 12 minutes.
By High-Speed Rail (HSR)

From Taichung HSR Station, take the Green Line MRT to Shui-An-Gong station, then walk about 8 minutes.

Alternatively, take city bus 153 or 153A and get off at Central Health Insurance Bureau (Wenxin Road).
By Intercity / National Bus

From U-Bus transfer stations or major intercity bus stops, take bus 73 toward downtown Taichung and get off at Central Health Insurance Bureau (Wenxin Road).

If you arrive at Gan Cheng Station, transfer to city bus 304 or 307 to Municipal Government (Dedicated Lane), then walk about 12 minutes.
By Taichung MRT

Take the Green Line (Wuri ↔ Wenxin ↔ Beitun).

Exit at Shui-An-Gong Station and walk about 8 minutes to the clinic.
By City Bus

Buses 300, 302, 304, 306, 307, 310, 324 stop at Municipal Government (Dedicated Lane) — walk 12 minutes from there.

Buses 73, 153, and 153A stop at Central Health Insurance Bureau (Wenxin Road) — just a few minutes’ walk to the clinic.
By Car

From National Freeway 1, exit at Taichung Interchange 178.

Continue on Provincial Highway 12, head toward downtown Taichung.

Turn left onto Shizheng Road → left onto Huizhong Road → right onto Shizheng North 1st Road.

The clinic is on the right.

Driving time from the freeway exit is about 9 minutes in normal traffic.

Public YouBike stations are near Taichung City Council and Wenxin Carrefour.

From either station, it’s about a 5-minute walk (~400 m) to the clinic.
👨⚕️ About Dr. Yu-Yen Lin
Dr. Yu-Yen Lin is a TCM ophthalmologist specializing in integrative care for eye diseases.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Medicine and a Master’s degree in Acupuncture Medicine from China Medical University.
He currently serves as Vice Director of Xiang-Jun TCM Clinic in Taichung.
Dr. Lin is passionate about bridging TCM and modern ophthalmology, translating complex theories into practical, patient-friendly guidance.
